Owned by certified personal trainer and elite martial artist Mike Bevard, Capital City Fitness Boot Camps combines intense interval-training workouts and nutritional wisdom to lean out physiques. During each of his boot-camp programs, he fortifies muscles with three weeks of 45-minute classes before letting them take some time off from working out and surreptitiously flexing in the mirror during a one-week rest period. The classes—grouped into themes that include strength training, core work, and kickboxing—channel positive reinforcement to drive home the advice of expert instructors.
Along with metabolism-boosting drills, custom meal plans steer clients toward more healthful eating habits. The camps' overarching goal is long-term wellness, and to that end, its staff has organized online resources, such as home exercises, to help prevent patrons from regaining lost weight. Specialty services can also augment fitness regimens, and include bridal-party boot camps, boot-camp charity fundraisers, and semiprivate personal-training sessions.
Fit4Lincoln packs its schedule with small-group exercise classes that burn calories and build muscle. A martial-arts specialist from the U.S. Marines leads the 45-minute kickboxing sessions, which impart self-defense strategies while inducing sweat with punching, kicking, and timed multiplication-table drills. Yoga classes demonstrate poses that cultivate strength and flexibility, and the Butts & Guts session shrinks and solidifies abdomens and glutes with squats, lunges, and plyometrics.
Instead of handing clients lightning rods, Fit4Lincoln raises energy levels and torches fat by equipping clients with nutrition tips. During one-on-one meetings, the studio’s personal trainers devise specific workout goals and an action plan for achieving them.
Even though the number 10 is in its name, Good Life Fitness and N-10sive Boot Camps runs more than ten boot camps and group fitness sessions per week; rather, the facility hosts hundreds. Their namesake boot-camp workouts trim physiques through burpees, pushups, squats, and other calorie-torching calisthenics. Blast X classes empower abs to deflect tickles with warning growls, and Synergy X yoga lengthens limbs and improves balance. Additional services such as personal training and nutritional counseling complement group classes with a more personalized approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle.
The Fusion X Health and Fitness boot-camp program tackles health holistically with a combination of physically challenging exercises, expert nutritional guidance, and confidence-boosting progress tracking and support. During your month of membership, you’ll be able to attend unlimited classes with Fusion X Health and Fitness boot camp. Each session features fun, dynamic drills that help you avoid stumbling upon dreaded weight-loss plateaus and sentient, progress-devouring muffin tops. You'll also be prescribed a four-week meal plan with suggested weekly grocery lists to remind you of important items such as fruits, vegetables, fregetables, and the butcher's birthday. If you miss a workout or accidentally swallow a tiered cake, Fusion X will also set you up with challenging routine plans to try out at home.
Body Innovations' certified personal trainers lead fun, challenging workouts in a comfortable, private setting. Each 60-minute boot-camp session welcomes 5 to 25 trainees for stimulating workouts that combine individualized attention with the friendly motivation and collective psychoanalysis of a group environment. Rather than fighting off other iron pumpers for the same set of dumbbells, kettlebells, or life-sized sculptures of Alexander Graham Bell, boot campers will work against their own body resistance, exerting their way through a series of aerobic exercises designed to build strength, boost endurance, and torch calories.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We motivate our clients with encouraging words and gauge every client's level of fitness. If one member of a class starts to struggle, the class instructor and fellow classmates will help motivate them to continue.
Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility?
Folks can relax in the sauna.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
Each class is started with a proper warm-up, followed by class and technique instruction. Workouts will be fun and challenging.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We train everyone to acquire functional muscle through our workouts. Each workout resembles ways an athlete would train. Workouts may be a little different than a typical gym, however our workouts are diverse, fun, and challenging.
