The Creation Academy was founded by fashion maven Summer G in 2009, and gives children a chance to learn the ins and outs of clothing design. The creative force behind Yces Haute, Summer G has designed for such icons as Nicki Minaj, D. Woods, and Rocsi. Along with ongoing fashion camps and one-time workshops, The Creation Academy hosts kid-friendly celebrations that include refreshments and art materials. And now that the state has lifted its ban on adult creativity, Summer also hosts grownup parties where guests bedazzle denim, T-shirts, and shoes.
Inspiration isn't hard to come by at Studio B. That's because the studio's art classes are typically accompanied by music, whether that means painting to neo-soul jams or making glass art while a live gospel jazz band performs. If the tunes get you in the mood to move, you can also join one of the center's dance and fitness classes, which range from bellydancing to yoga.

Since its founding in 1962, Remember This Paint Studio hasn't just given visitors pieces of bisque pottery to paint. It has also produced those pieces. Today, the shop sculpts and fires up to 90% of the pottery displayed on its shelves in-house, ensuring a unique and artisanal selection. Because they don't want to keep all the fun to themselves, the staff offers up these pieces for painting in three party packages. Each is limited to between 8 and 16 people to allow enough space for each painter. Depending on the party, an array of whimsical animal figurines, trinket boxes, and plates are available for brushing and splattering with a cornucopia of acrylic colors. Once completed, pieces are fired in the onsite kiln and made available for pickup at a later date.
