Owned and operated by fitness consultant Kathleen Rea, Regeneration offers yoga, Pilates, yogalates, and cardio sculpt classes for keeping the body as close to its factory settings as possible. The yogalates class is the result of cross-breeding yoga and Pilates, both of which are also offered as separate classes, and is designed to maximize the body's muscle tone, improve its flexibility, and pour a fresh batch of strength into its core. During the cardio sculpt class, light weights and resistance training help tone bodies while increasing the odds of out-swimming an angry hippo. Walk-ins are welcome, but calling ahead is preferred.
Designed by Emmy Award–winner and PBS-featured pianist Scott “The Piano Guy” Houston, Play Piano in a Flash instructor Don Nichols uses a quick and simple format to teach aspiring ticklers of ivory the basics of piano in a nontraditional format. The group classes of around 10–20 students foster a collaborative environment in which a teacher uses an overhead camera to demonstrate chord positions, useful techniques, and little-known shadow puppets like the wallowing lemur, which students can then emulate at individual practice stations. The simple philosophy teaches new disciples and piano latecomers to play chords and harmonies using the left hand and to walk through a melody of individual notes with the right. The eight-week course is intended to provide graduates the ability to read and play popular, listenable tunes, such as "Poker Face" in the style of Yanni.

The studio’s team of studied yoga instructors lead students through a seven-day schedule of morning and evening 90-minute stretch sessions, including a beginners' class to acquaint newbies with the foundational postures and breathing exercises necessary for more advanced classes. Veterans gather for Hot Fusion Yoga classes in a 92- to 95-degree room, letting the heat maximize their flexibility and appreciation for January. Hatha and Vinyasa classes are also available. Yin Yoga instructors help students target the deep connective tissues surrounding the joints and the muscles around the hips, pelvis, and lower back by holding postures for 3–10 minutes at a time. Though the studio hosts educational workshops and special events, this Groupon is only valid for 90-minute yoga classes.
