With a bar, restaurant, and event space inspired by classic Italian design, Bliss 525 swathes guests in an upscale atmosphere. Arched doorways inside the facility open onto a floating staircase and dining tables with high-backed chairs. At mealtime, plates fill with hearty but healthy Californian fare such as Caribbean pasta, braised short ribs, and bruchetta stuffed chicken.
Each week, Bliss 525 hosts blues, jazz, rock, and soul musicians inside the bar. Guests can pair the melodic notes and tinted hues of sunset on the outdoor patio with selections from Bliss 525's full bar of fine wines, tap beers, and fresh-squeezed cocktails.

At each of Super Suds Dog Wash's self-service stations, pooches splash in waist-deep tubs as owners lather up their coats with tearless shampoo, conditioner, and deodorizer from built-in dispensers. Upon the first arrival, pet owners receive a punch card with 40 slots, each valued at $1, and eight of which can be redeemed for one 10-minute wash. Over the course of 10 minutes, dogs bask as owners massage products—including flea-and-tick shampoo—into their fur and warm, flowing water flows over pelts. A vacuuming function slurps away excess water, hair, and any hair extensions your dog might secretly be wearing. A blow dryer evaporates remaining water and fluffs squeaky-clean fur. Dogs with third-degree furriness or prima-donna hounds who take extra-long baths may require extra time, and each additional slot buys two extra minutes.
PIEAM houses a huge assortment of ethnic art from all over Melanesia, Polynesia, Micronesia, and Hypernesia. The museum was founded by the late medical doctor and Oceania enthusiast Robert Gumbiner, who wanted to preserve the various sculptures, paintings, jewelry, carvings, and tools forged by Pacific Islanders. Tour the facility for a day with a friend, significant other, or sentient shadow or opt for an ultimate membership, which gets two adults and any kids or grandkids under 18 a full year of access to the museum's chambers, as well as eight guest passes, a complimentary copy of The Birds of Yap, and recognition as a founding member in PIEAM promo materials. Founded to showcase up-and-coming Asian-American musical talent, the International Secret Agents Festival delights euphony lovers with a 14-act concert in an outdoor, party atmosphere. Far East Movement energizes bodies with such chart-topping electropop hits as "Like a G6" and "Rocketeer," inspiring concertgoers to shake it on the dance floor or buy tickets to the robot ballet. B.o.B brings his verbal dexterity to bear on waiting eardrums, tickling aural centers with mellifluous flow, and newcomer Sean Kingston deftly mixes reggae and hip-hop. Between sets, concertgoers can wander throughout Queen Mary Events Park, snapping shots in photo booths, chowing down on food-truck fare, and buying artist merchandise to signal fandom and clothe indecent scarecrows.
