At age 13, Teresa “T” Nora bought a Kodak Instamatic camera using money squirreled away from babysitting jobs. The pictures she snapped with that camera were just the beginning of her love affair with photography. Nearly two decades later, she's mastered the technical aspects of picture-taking, yet maintains a focus on its artistic elements.
Today, Nora shares her gift with the world through Fotos by T: the eclectic photography studio she operates out of San Jose filled with ambiance, artful props, and sexy energy. Within this studio and at on-location sites throughout the area, she and her all-woman team snap publication-worthy portraits that capture both the sexy, sensual, artful image and the essence of the subject's personality. Custom and private sexy shoots are diverse, with themes ranging from leather-and-lace sessions, sexy-fetish, or turn-of-the-century Victorian. These are ideal for all customers looking for a "sexy boost," from brides to be and same-sex partners to curvy girls and grandmothers.
She also leaves the studio to conduct on-location photo shoots, including wedding shoots where she captures candid portraits of brides, grooms, and wedding crashers. All sessions include an in-person or phone design consultation, pre-shoot prepping in the beauty bar, and a post-session viewing to review the images.
Jeffery Warren picked up his first camera at a young age. Finding his passion so early on gave him time to study photography in school and immediately start cultivating years of experience. His dedication has paid off, as his portfolio today includes couple and family portraits, babies who need corporate headshots for their new office jobs, and commercial images. But Warren’s true specialties are wedding and boudoir photography. He classifies his nuptial shots into two categories: portraits and details. Small, candid glances, close-ups of rings, and shots of a bridal party's legs and hands make it into the "details" album. Wedding and boudoir portraits focus on faces and bodies with imaginative composition and bold swaths of color.

The classes also assist in lighting techniques, learning exposure and composition, and how to photograph portraits.
