Within the stone walls of Rock Creek Spine and Rehabilitation Center, Doctors of Chiropractic Ryan and Melissa Groelz work to root out the fundamental causes of back pain, headaches, and other ailments. The chiropractic duo uses advanced computer systems to analyze each patient's nervous system and posture, then uses those findings to guide spinal adjustments, soft-tissue manipulation, and other treatments.

Sangha Studios is anchored to the community by its welcoming yoga instructors. The yoga studio itself has an inviting quality as well, with wooden floors, blue and green walls hung with ornamental mirrors, and foliage and strands of aerial silk hanging from the ceiling. Here, groups convene for yoga classes such as Sangha Flow, which concentrates on fluid movements and breathing exercises, and Cycling Yoga, which is preceded by a 30-minute stationary bike ride. There are 10 classes in all, one for each planet in the solar system once Pluto and the giant yoga studio orbiting Pluto get reclassified as planets.

They do this through health and wellness services that range from massage therapy to naturopathic medicine and psychotherapy. Each of the three dentists at Louisville Dental graduated from Temple University, then traveled the world to bring quality dental services to people in other countries. As a result of their humanitarian inclinations, each dentist's goal at Louisville Dental is to create the most comfortable, nonstressful experience for their clients. The dentists ensure patients’ smiles are healthy and bright. And to do this, the dentists employ preventative-care services, including regular cleanings and cavity-fighting fluoride treatments. They also perform cosmetic dentistry, such as teeth whitening. The skilled team uses advanced dental techniques, from tooth-colored fillings to dentures made by David Copperfield, to create an illusion of the perfect smiling.
