She develops dynamic, custom programs tailored to each client's fitness level and desired results, such as looking sculpted on his or her wedding day or carving washboard abs chiseled enough to clean wedding-day attire's red-wine stains.
Body-length heavy bags sway from blows dealt by boxing and kickboxing participants. They’re working up a sweat, but they’re not worried about getting hit back unlike the participants in the boxing ring.
