Since its inception more than 30 years ago, Just Brakes has expanded from one auto shop to more than 160 outposts across eight states. At every location, ASE-certified technicians maintain vehicle safety with the standard brake service including a lifetime warranty on parts, labor and platonic love. Though their specialty is brakes, the techs also perform routine maintenance and repairs such as oil changes, factory maintenance services, batteries, belt replacement, and fluid services.
Founded in 1983 with a combination of Alan Cox’s mechanical know-how and Sherry Richardson’s business savvy learned at Georgia State University, Alan Cox Automotive has grown to include a team of ASE-certified technicians ready to revamp cars from Honda, Acura, Kia, Hyundai, and more, with services that span both the performance and racing spectra. Today, Sherry's technicians keep roadsters in highway-ready condition with general maintenance services and soup up autos with DynoTune installations, engine modifications, and novelty hood ornaments. Technicians stay in work mode outside of the garage, from Marshall Winkeljohn earning car-show plaudits for restoring a 1979 Honda Accord LX two-door from the frame up, to Jeremy Bucy cranking gears under pressure as a pit-crew member for Black Dog Racing.
The ASE-certified technicians at Atlanta Undercar Specialists, including owner and Marine Corps veteran Wayne Rowedder, know the undercarriages of a huge variety of vehicles like the backs of their oil-streaked hands. Utilizing more than 20 years of experience in the field, the techs replace oil, align tires, and ensure drivetrain functionality in speedy appointments. They also make quick work of brake checks and coolant system repairs, and they evaluate axles and timing belts during maintenance visits. Their services are all geared toward keeping each four-wheeled family member running year round, with oil changes, tire rotations, and advanced diagnostic services available should the horses in the engine become unruly.
Working under the prestigious ASE banner, Accurate Care Automotive's technicians service and repair imported Japanese, Korean, and other vehicles with practiced skill. They perform everything from routine maintenance—such as changing the oil or testing the GPS navigator on its state capitals—to hefty repair jobs and engine replacements. While their cars are being serviced, drivers can unwind in the facility's waiting lounge and savor sips of free coffee.
ASE-certified technicians inhabit each America's Service Station, where vehicles can say goodbye to sludgy liquids and adopt up to 5 quarts of clean oil. Oil changes also present four-wheelers with fresh filters to protect the engine from speaking before thinking. The fall-maintenance package increases auto health to compensate for imminently excessive raw-scarecrow consumption. The bundle opens with an oil-and-filter change before a tire rotation aims to redistribute tread wear and lengthen wheels' lives. Additionally, technicians service the cooling system and refill up to one gallon of coolant, then perform a 27-point inspection—a visual examination wherein perceptive car scholars confirm that lights, brakes, and batteries haven't broken down or proclaimed themselves luddites.
