Art "The Shark" Correa has a history of surmounting life's challenges in pursuit of his business and fitness goals. While earning his bachelor's degree in kinesiology—thereby becoming his family's first college graduate—Art yearned to apply his knowledge toward other people's physical betterment, and gained national certification as a personal trainer. He then used his health expertise to found The Bod-e² Shop, a wellness sanctuary for all fitness levels, and has since trained such elite clients as NFL players Zack Follett and Ricky Manning, Jr.
The Bod-e2 Shop functions as an all-purpose workout zone, manned by personal trainers and instructors who run kickboxing, Zumba, and intense boot-camp classes. Private sessions with the trainers can focus on sports-performance or toning goals, providing encouragement with motivating words rather than drill sergeant mantras or shyly suggestive fireworks displays. The gym's roster of advanced equipment has been highlighted on KMPH's Valley Life, and includes core-tightening air benches alongside Jacob's Ladder, a machine whose cycling rungs simulate climbing.
BounceU transports kids to an inflatable, climate-controlled playground, where they can bounce from side to side in a safe, secure environment. Your two passes are valid toward any combination of open bounce sessions scheduled at various times throughout the week (a $7 value per child) and family bounce night every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (an $8 value for the first child, $7 for each additional sibling). Kids can imagine they're synchronized leapers in Michael Flatley's Riverbounce as they carom around the inflatable stadium, expending energy with every leap. Adults are welcome to act like eight-year-olds and join the vivacious youngsters in the playground, where they can duel with the foam-shooting equipment or mount the climbing structures.

Richard Kenworthy began working as a personal trainer in 1998, aiding clients at national gyms and even working with professional football, basketball, and baseball players. These years of experience helped Richard form the philosophy he would eventually employ when founding Elite Fitness: custom-tailor every workout to the client's needs and avoid mindless, repetitive exercise regimens. He accomplishes this by leading group workouts as well as personal-training sessions for clients of virtually any fitness level. These individualized workouts may incorporate anything from treadmills to medicine-ball exercises, and focus on helping visitors work toward their particular health goals.
Fitness Evolution's gyms span the country, from California to Maryland, hosting hassle-free workouts on their high-quality equipment or in a wide range of group classes led by upbeat instructors. The staff strives to maintain an open, inviting atmosphere at all times, whether helping clients operate free weights or offering encouragement to Aqua Fit and indoor cycling classes. Fitness Evolution conveniently offers some nutritional guidance and exercise training online with goal-oriented workouts, meal plans, and recommendations on the best strategies for going outside.
Most people would argue that sitting down shouldn't be a part of your workout. But during Zumba Sentao classes, chairs aren't just furniture?they're dance partners. Students lean against, twirl behind, and balance on them, all while practicing energizing Zumba choreography at Z Factor Fitness. The instructors also offer regular Zumba classes, as well as Zumba Toning and other specialty versions, in their multiple dance studios.
