Stroller Strides' fitness professionals employ creative exercise regimens to aid new mothers in overcoming the struggles of staying in shape while caring for a wee one. All you need to get started is you, your baby, and a stroller. The 60-minute classes are taught by certified instructors and consist of a warm-up, a buggy-bandying power walk, and interval stations where participants do a variety of body-toning exercises. In the event of a fussy-baby episode, instructors can provide physical exercises you can do with your baby or calculus exercises to occupy your baby's mind. Stroller Strides also offers Fit4Baby prenatal classes and a Body Back series that helps moms reobtain a prebaby physique.
