Hands-on learning and playtime in JW Tumbles’ interactive classes help children explore the far reaches of their cranial caverns. Parents with toddlers younger than 3 years old can enroll in parent-participation classes such as Squeakers Class, geared toward four- to 10-month-olds, Little Maestros is a musical adventure for kids four months to five years, or Wobblers Class, where baby bodybuilders 11 to 18 months old practice tumbling and balance to increase motor skills and decrease the need for sippy-cup creatine shakes. Ages 3 and older can fly solo—parents can watch from the sidelines if they wish—during age-appropriate and highly interactive independent classes. The Stompers Class prep 3- to 4.5-year-olds for kindergarten, while Specialty Classes introduces kids from 3 to 7 years old to specific forms of fun in a non-competitive environment. Each class meets once a week, leaving plenty of time for use of the playspace passes.
At Healthy Fit for Women, an all-female studio, patrons team up with coaches to establish fitness- and nutrition-based programs. Supported by one-on-one feedback, group classes, and fitness equipment specifically tailored to the feminine physique, guests learn to effectively build muscle and lose fat. Their personal coaches draft meal and fitness plans based upon their food preferences and lifestyle habits to help them reach their fitness goals. The gym stocks equipment sized for the female frame, and classes such as Zumba and Spinning tone bodies with Latin-dance moves and cycling-based aerobics. For an extra boost of encouragement and a chance to gossip about the treadmills behind their backs, patrons can attend complimentary group support meetings.
A veritable mountain greets climbers inside The Rock Club, challenging them to scale its 40' high face without speaking a single word. After pulling their eyes away from the main wall, guests discover the gym's other rocky offerings, including 80 climbing stations, more than 200 individual routes, and muscle-testing bouldering cliffs. Experienced staff members with a passion for climbing roam the gym, eager to help veteran climbers reach new heights, introduce new climbers to the sport during beginners' classes, or describe the scent found at the top of the Himalayan Mountains. The Rock Club also offers lead climbing, slacklining, and movement classes as well as a kids program with a competitive climbing team, junior programs, and camps.
