What makes your business stand out?
There are no templates. We work with customers to get to know them and find out what their style and their story is. If you are a movie lover, we'll help turn your wedding stationery into movie tickets, a filmstrip, popcorn, or whatever you envision. We often incorporate photographs of the couple into our products. People are more inclined to keep something that has a friend or love one on it; it makes a more memorable keepsake for the couple. We also offer specialty products. Having a destination wedding in Jamaica? How about custom door hangers for your guests? Have a lengthy walk to the ceremony site? How about outdoor floor decals that tell the story of how you and your fiancé met?
What inspired you to start this business?
I'm a newlywed (under two years of marriage), and the wedding planning experience is still fresh in my mind. As a bride-to-be, I remember how most of the affordable invitations were templates, and I had to settle for an invitation that was kind of my style, in almost my wedding colors. That experience [is] part of what created Brown Fox Creative. I want to offer modern options for brides that are perfectly what they want, in exactly their color, style, and theme.
What is your most popular offering?
Save the date magnets. They literally stick around. "Will you be my bridesmaid" wine labels and ceremony program fans [are also popular], especially for outdoor weddings.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
"Oh my goodness, I love all of these. I just can't choose. Let's do half the order with this design, and the other order with this other design." They just couldn't bear to pick just one design for their save the date magnets. So they didn't, they went with both.
What’s your favorite part about your job?
Feeling the excitement from brides as they give me general ideas, and we brainstorm the perfect solution.
Anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
We offer different paper types: linen (a textured paper), bamboo (a softer textured paper), and pearl (a shiny paper). We also have a large selection of die cut shapes and folding styles.

Maddiepie Creations takes its name from Madilyn, the daughter of owner and photographer Brooke and the inspiration for her foray into the visual arts. Brooke snapped her first photos of her children at soccer practice, and before long, the parents of the team's other members began asking her to photograph their kids as well. Today, she photographs both adults and children, working in her studio or at locations that have special meaning to clients, such as a secluded garden or the sidewalk where they once found a $20 bill. Brooke also adds personal touches to portrait sessions; she custom-designs boxes to hold prints, and can even help clients decide what to wear.

The photos we leave behind may be the only way for future generations to see the styles and personalities we bear. That’s why the professional makeup artists and photographers at Glamour Shots strive to capture the true essence of a person with their shoots. Whether commemorating a milestone event or a successful trip to the grocery store, each session begins with the shop’s signature full airbrush and style makeover, which works to prevent unwanted shine while imparting a chic aesthetic. Makeup artists tailor looks to the purpose of the shoot, imparting children with a red-cheeked glow and boudoir subjects with a dark, seductive color palette.
Photographers encourage everyone to bring a few outfits and props from home, allowing them to give each photo shoot an individualized touch without snapping close-ups of their subjects’ fingerprints. Clients get to see the photos immediately so they can approve the looks and order their favorite shots in the form of pictures, phone cases, or calendars. A professional lab then prints out the chosen items using a range of color finishes—including colorization to make one color pop and the company's signature Glamour Touch retouching—onto made-to-last Kodak paper.
