Choose the 90-minute Hatha class, which emphasizes proper pose alignment and breathing exercises, or master dance-like postures and sinister belly laughs in the 60-minute Vinyasa power class. Get Hot Yoga also hosts a Wild Card class, an open-ended 60-minute session that flows to the rhythm of each instructor's imagination by incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa, or a mixture of both. Instructors work with each student's abilities during all classes by modifying poses or upping the level of difficulty as needed.
Lake Wilderness Golf Course is cleaved through tunnels of towering fir trees between Wilderness Lake and Lake Lucerne. Measuring 5,409 yards, the course is comprised of narrow fairways that make up for their lack of length with slender safe zones, causing many players to put their golf balls on a pre-round diet. Upon holing out on the last green, groups can saunter over to the 19th Hole Grill to pair appetizers and exaggerated hole-in-one stories with post-round drinks.

Lee's Martial Arts' physically fit instructors sculpt students of all dance and fitness levels into pleasing shapes with a schedule of fun, energetic, Latin-infused workouts. Ten Zumba classes employ alternating dance rhythms motivated by high-energy international beats to rid the body of unwanted weight and evict delinquent burritos from waistlines. Pupils of all skill levels can burn up to 800 flammable calories per session, toning the upper and lower body as well as the abs and core, while increasing the heart rate and upping oxygen intake. The group sessions hold up to 40 people, aiming to build an energetic and encouraging community, while offering plenty of opportunity to snag locks of hair for a friendship journal.
