At over 90 locations throughout the country, CorePower Yoga (CPY) invites students to creative classes that meld movement, breath, heat, and music into entrancing routines to energize the body and mind. Signature CPY classes are taught by approachable certified yoga instructors who lead students through dynamic, Vinyasa-style flows with demonstration and verbal cues, helping pupils of all experience levels tone core muscles and cultivate balance. CPY also offers teacher training and lifestyle programs to empower students to become yoga instructors or to just advance their individual practice. During construction of all its new studios, CPY strives to use recycled content, install eco-friendly and efficient mechanical systems, and ensure that any waste created doesn't end up in landfills or just piled in Mr. Henderson's garage.
Lara Olson was unhappy with the quality of art education her children were receiving in school. Taking matters into her own hands, she decided to open Kidcreate Studio as a place where youngsters can exercise their creative muscles while practicing the visual arts in a fun learning environment. The studio’s curriculum immerses students in the kaleidoscopic world of art through professional lesson plans, incorporating media ranging from watercolor paints and pencils to clay and cloth. Birthday parties at the studio keep children thoroughly engaged with hands-on activities and themed projects, and play groups lasting up to three hours give kids enough time to make new friends or think up at least a dozen more imaginary ones.

Green Body’s beginner and intermediate kettlebell sessions, which take place afternoons and evenings, engage the exerciser’s entire body rather than isolating individual muscles. In 45–60 minute classes, with around 12 participants in each, students grasp thick-handled weights to boost resilience and strength, torch body fat, and build enough confidence to finally let go of that 1999 doctor’s note for a broken ankle. Green Body's plant-peppered, wood-beamed gym represents the center's purpose of promoting earth-friendly lifestyles. Exposed-brick walls line the workout room, which also hosts fighting dummies, rattan dividers, and a zen Buddha statue that giggles when people rub his tummy.
