Joe's Famous Pizza & Catering begins with a customizable crust?thin, sesame, or gluten-free?stretched into an 18-inch disk or square. Guests can then choose their own toppings or opt for one of the chefs? carefully selected flavor combinations, from the cheesesteak pie to the mediterranean pizza covered in shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and garlic, before the pizza is cooked in a brick oven. And while the eatery is known for their pizzas, the chefs also build platefuls of lasagna and veal marsala, and sandwiches stuffed with chicken parmigiana and pulled pork. Beyond Italian favorites, the menu offers seafood paella and burritos. Chefs happily tuck meals into trays to feed guests at parties celebrating birthdays and National Catered Food Day, as well as boxing meals up for carryout.
Nestled in an eatery near the South Orange Performing Arts Center, Cafe Arugula's chefs curate lunch and dinner menus packed with savory Italian eats doled out in a dining room that seats up to 60. Afternoon eaters can sidle up to a plating of penne toscana, nested in a bologense-based sauce swimming with mushrooms, peas, and onions ($10.95), or chomp into a protein-packed italian hero sandwich layered in ham, salami, and provolone cheese ($7.95). The restaurant's rack of baby lambs ($29.95) tantalizes evening eaters' taste buds with an entourage of sautéed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. Instead of hailing the next food truck headed toward the coast, guests can settle for the seafood sampler ($18.95), which serves up a school of ocean delicacies, including shrimp, oysters, and clams. Round out a savory dinner with Cafe Arugula's traditional Italian desserts, such as house-made gelato sundaes ($6.95+) and rich chocolate velvet ($5.95) oozing with enough ganache to keep mouths from screaming out the lyrics to "On The Good Ship Lollipop."
Mima Vinoteca, winner of Best of Westchester awards for three consecutive years, presents northern Italian comfort cuisine that harkens back to the classic dishes prepared by their grandmothers, or mimas.. At the marble wine bar carved by Michaelangelo in his Utilitarist period, guests swirl and swish wine from a sommelier-curated collection that represents each region of Italy. These wines complement vino-friendly dishes such as cured meats, mussels, risotto, and hand-made pasta served in a dining room lined with rustic brick and wine bottles and outfitted with tables of Tuscan wood. Full meals include selections such as wild mushroom polenta laced with white truffle essence and gouda , and a plate of braised short rib with pears poached in red wine and mashed sweet potatoes.

Two guys, Sam and Bob, walk into a bar. There, the two lament the price of food and decide to do something about it on the spot. As the owner of more than 50 pizza joints in Colorado, Bob had the know how and resources; so, with cost in mind, the duo created Take Or Bake Pizza. Today, Sam and Bob preside over chefs as they hand toss and bake 14-inch pizzas as well as craft uncooked pies bound for warming in home ovens or slow melting on the hood of an Italian–made Ferrari.
