Flex Appeal Fitness custom designs workouts to meet each client's goals, allowing clients access to complimentary body composition tests and fitness assessments to help achieve their desired physique. Flex Hour sessions are composed of intervals of cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training, roping in a variety of equipment and training methods. The staff also lead Zumba, Booty-ful body sculpt and muay thai classes.

9Round gym takes its name from its signature kickboxing workout, a continuous circuit of nine workout stations perpetually overseen by personal trainers. Students jump into whichever station happens to be occurring whenever they show up to the class, the trainers always ready to start coaching. The workout takes about thirty minutes, and involves heavy bags, speed bags, medicine balls, and, of course, punching and kicking. The Margate location features shiny black leather equipment, which only loses its gleam by being repeatedly pounded up against the exposed brick walls.
