InSights Training Center teaches out of local ranges, and it is the exclusive training provider at West Coast Armory's indoor range in Bellevue and at West Coast Armory North in Everett.
With certifications from organizations such as the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission and American Women's Self Defense Association, the coed instructors of InSights Training Center teach unarmed and armed personal-security courses under the direction of Army Ranger and Special Forces veteran Greg Hamilton. The highly trained staff has trained more than 15,000 students in its civilian courses alone. Topics range from the Women's Basic Handgun Safety & Responsibility to Unarmed Self Defense, which teaches you to stun an attacker and escape to safety. Outside of training civilians, the instructors provide specialized training programs for members of law enforcement and the military.
With America's Best Car Care Plan, ASE-certified technicians keep autos running smoothly by injecting car insides with up to 5 quarts of clean conventional oil (upgrades to synthetic require additional charges) and performing a host of auto-maintenance services. Brake inspections and adjustments grant drivers the peace of mind that cars are safe and equipped for inclement weather and duck-crossing signs that come out of nowhere. Two tire rotations ensure automotive equilibrium can find long-lasting balance and tire grooves wear evenly.
A non-profit foundation dedicated to inspiring an interest in science, technology, engineering, and math, the Future of Flight Foundation spreads cheer while raising funds with its Wine & Wings events. During these, a selection of 20 wineries pour their red and white creations, which guests pair with the offerings that local chefs cook up. Thanks to events like these, the foundation is able to reach under-served and under-represented middle school and elementary students with their "Flight of Innovation" education program, an informal six-week STEM program in schools throughout Snohomish, King, and Island Counties. Proceeds benefit the Future of Flight Foundation.
Claiming certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration, Regal Air's instructors have trained aspiring pilots for more than 25 years. Located at Paine Field, the flight school's team adheres to FAA-approved syllabuses, helping students obtain certifications to fly vessels such as private planes and multiengine aircrafts. Training ranges from supervised, hands-on instruction in the air to simulated instruction on the ground in a Garmin 430 DomeAir flight simulator.
Beyond the flight school, Regal Air's operations span a rental fleet of Cessna and Piper planes that let experienced pilots easily reach their castles in the sky. A service team caters to aircraft owners, maintaining planes in accordance with FAA standards.
