The goal is muscle confusion—making sure that the body doesn't get used to any particular movement—which helps prevent boredom. In any one session, boot campers might be pushing giant tractor wheels, racing each other, or jumping onto boxes to work on explosive power or an upcoming community theater role as King Kong.
