When other 4-year-olds were playing with blocks, Brett Denton was stomping around a wrestling mat. When other high schoolers were cruising around in their souped-up mini vans, he was going out for the soccer, track and field, and basketball teams. And when other college students were chiseling statues of John Belushi the night before a big sculpting exam, Brett was breaking through defensive lines as a Boise State Broncos running back, or studying health and wellness as a major in exercise physiology and biomechanics.
Eventually, his scholarship in athletics and the science of fitness and nutrition formed the basis of the Fitness Revolution curriculum. Today, he and his team of coaches pull from scientific research to spur on their clients to lose weight, build layers of muscle, amp up their physical performance, and improve their overall health through a combination of boot camps, personal training, and nutrition consulting.
