Pain can come in many forms, and Simple Cure Massage Therapy's single remedy works to address them all. The massage clinic's skilled therapists help adults, seniors, and even children to find relief from pain due to physical injury, overworked muscles, or stress from feuding with imaginary best friends. The massage therapists customize each treatment to accommodate clients' rehabilitation goals and problem areas, and they use massage techniques including lava stones, trigger-point therapy, and deep, targeted kneads. The clinic's staff also holds sessions where clients can learn relaxation techniques that they can self-administer, including stretching, hot and cold therapy, and self-hugging.
Along with a wide variety of massage techniques, Simple Cure Massage Therapy offers many customized skincare treatments. Technicians carefully analyze clients' skin in order to create an effective skin treatment, customized to a client's individual needs. Facials address a multitude of issues including acne, hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging. After skin has been pampered, technicians can also remove unwanted hair from the face.
Aches and pains meet their match at Lifecare Chiropractic, where two chiropractors and three massage therapists work to ease the effects of injury-, age-, and accident-related health issues. E-book author and fitness fan Dr. James Bogash specializes in functional, preventive medicine, with a particular emphasis on the art of manipulation under anesthesia (MUA). Inspired by her own healing experience with chiropractic care, Dr. Kristen Heim now delivers the same relief to patients of her own. Along with the massage therapists, the duo tackles the root causes of myriad symptoms, often curing them with surgery-free techniques. The practice also delivers cosmetic treatments, such as Lipo Laser treatments that assist in weight loss and supplements that can be glued together to form an attractive mask.
Both of The Healing Arts Day Spa?s two locations enhance the transporting effects of their services with decor that evokes a Tuscan-style villa. Vines crawl across shelves and along the backs of chairs, walls are painted to resemble lightly weathered stucco, and stone tiles create the feel of an airy courtyard. In softly lit rooms, the hands of licensed massage therapists and aestheticians deliver relaxation through massage, body wraps, and skin and hair treatments. Customers can even learn to pamper themselves: owner Terrell Lynn teaches a course in couples? massage that helps forge closer bonds between spouses or strangers on a long bus ride.
With multiple hairstyling stations and private treatment rooms at its disposal, the team at Plush Salon & Spa offers a variety of beauty and wellness services, including haircuts performed by stylists who receive quarterly Toni&Guy training. Body treatments include everything from facials with all-natural Astara skincare products to a French green-clay body wrap designed to balance the skin, draw out impurities, and help bodies blend in at Hulk conventions.
19 different types of amazing massages basically categorized into Relaxation Massage and Injury Massage since 2003, we also now offer fat detoxification, body sculpting, and skin tightening wraps as well as anti-aging services without surgery.

Sometimes the little things make all the difference. Do you bake any supplementary services into your main services?
We add complimentary aromatherapy essential oils to your massage.
People go to spas to forget about the outside world. How does your decor help create an atmosphere where visitors can unwind?
[We] have a very relaxing atmosphere. When the client is lying down on their back, they are looking up at clouds.
How did you get started in the industry? Did you have an "ah-ha" moment in life?
I've been in the health and wellness field for 13 years. I knew the benefits of therapeutic massage for all of the athletes and patients that I worked with in sports medicine/the physical-therapy field. I felt it was time to branch off and open my own business addressing those needs.
