Central Comfort Air Conditioning installs and services AC units and maintains ductwork to keep air fresh and AC systems efficient. All of their licensed specialists undergo thorough, up-to-date training before tuning up or repairing air conditioners. Their air-duct cleaning reduces mold, mildew, dust, and other impurities from homes’ circulated air. Twenty-four-hour service allows Central Comfort’s technicians to respond swiftly to emergency calls about Junior—or Senior—finger-painting in the duct again.
Though it's called HomeClean Services, this company specializes in the commercial side of cleaning, making sure that offices are spotless and hygienic. But the expert team doesn't just scrub surfaces and clean up clutter. They also extract tough stains from carpets and remove allergens from the air, leaving pollen rooms less intolerable to be in.
O Cinema is one of Miami’s most celebrated independent movie houses. Its goal is to provide an offering of films that otherwise might not be seen in Miami – foreign features, independent movies, artsy shorts and stunning documentaries. The Wynwood location of this small Miami chain is more diminutive than your usual cinema multiplex, but the art house feel makes you feel closer to the film itself. There are actually three different screening areas throughout the facility, and on those ever-present warm nights the O Cinema team might even put together a free outdoor screening. And, since the theater is located in Wynwood, there’s an adjoining space for art installations right on site.
In the heart of Miami’s Wynwood art district sits a repurposed Drug Enforcement Agency facility, which today holds one of the world’s largest privately-held contemporary art collections. The 45,000 square foot space is the work of Donald and Mera Rubell and their creation of the Rubell Family Collection/Contemporary Arts Foundation, which has put the collection on view for all to see. Since 1993, the Rubell family has been sharing their collection of works from such world-renown artists as Jeff Koons, Cindy Sherman, Andy Warhol and Keith Haring. The collection also offers a lecture series, a special partnership with the Miami Dade-County Public Schools and complimentary audio tours on Saturdays.

Down a dark alley off 14th Court, a stark red light barely illuminates an innocuous looking doorway. But it's not just the perfect hiding spot for tomato ninjas, it's the entrance to the Foxhole Bar, the first stop on a whirlwind tour of Miami bars and breweries. Past that dark entry waits a speakeasy-style lounge and a complimentary brew to start the night. Up next is Wynwood Brewing Company, which fits right into the arts district with three anchor craft brews, one of which will be set before tour members for sampling. The final stop on the tour is the Titanic Restaurant and Brewery, a gastropub that crafts its own beer behind the bar. The Hops Tour is also making plans to incorporate M.I.A. Brewing into their explorations.
