At Bucky's Lakeside Pub & Grill, you don't have to sacrifice the view to watch the game?you can get both. Situated on the deck that overlooks Okauchee Lake, visitors lounge outdoors and watch a variety of sporting events along with their favorite football teams. Bucky's broadcasts every Sunday match-up thanks to its all-access cable network and 14 flat-screen televisions which dot the interior of the space. Meanwhile at the bar, patrons sip ice-cold draught beers or enjoy a variety of from-scratch foods crafted daily in the kitchen. Specials range from Mama's Meatloaf and steak and seafood to all-you-can-eat ribs and crab legs. The regular menu features classic wings, exotic burgers and large selection of craft, import and domestic beer, specialty drinks, and wines. On Thursdays, an open acoustic jam fuels revelry while Fridays showcase live music.
Lake County Training's founder Matthew knows that getting in shape doesn't mean you have to be an athlete. Rather, he helps people achieve goals, whether they want to lose 60 pounds, run a marathon, or build up the endurance to walk all 18 holes of their favorite golf course. He uses a wealth of exercise knowledge to get the job done, garnered through his bachelor's in health and human performance and his certification as an ACE-certified personal trainer. He coaches his clients in one-on-one sessions, through online videos, or even through an outdoor boot camp he holds regularly in Fish Hatchery Park.
More than 50 wines at Wine Maniacs on the River stand at attention to be served by the glass or bottle. The bistro updates its food menu quarterly with dishes that celebrate the seasons and complement its complex varietals, using gourmet ingredients such as Wisconsin artisan cheeses. Small plates make creative use of such ingredients, with options that may include calamari spaghetti or duck-confit tacos ornamented, like a scarecrow's frankfurter, with corn relish.
Nice weather draws diners outdoors onto the patio overlooking the Milwaukee River, where they can sip while admiring the Water Street Bridge and views of the city from the 5th Ward. Guests can also stock up on their favorite elixirs at the establishment's retail shop, which sells wines by the case.

Created by fitness trainer and life coach Dr. John Spencer Ellis and led by owner and certified fitness professional Doug Krueger, the Lake Country Adventure Boot Camp program shepherds women to physical fitness with motivational workout regimens and nutritional counseling. Before the camp starts, trainers take your measurements and body-fat percentage before hopping into a curious pod, leaping into the future, and comparing them to those of the trimmer post-camp you. In the interim, the four-week or three-day workout regimen cycles through circuit training, jogging, kickboxing, and yoga to surprise and challenge muscles. During winter months and unforeseen Renaissance festivals, sessions move to spacious indoor facilities.
