A pianist since age 9, Nathan Hughes' instrumental repertoire has since grown to include guitar and bass. For more than 15 years, he's showcased his skills on all three with gigs in bands of nearly every genre, from blues to reggae. But when he's not on stage, Nathan draws upon 13-plus years of music teaching experience during lessons at his eponymous studio.
Available to students of all ages and skill levels, Nathan's sessions are rooted in core musical concepts and skills, such as theory and sight-reading. Beyond that, however, every lesson is customized to each student's interests, whether it's playing ragtime piano or performing an ear-splitting guitar solo with only their mind. Along with one-on-one lessons in his studio, Nathan happily works with students over Skype or other video conferencing software.
For more than 15 years, Create A Video’s team has ushered their customers’ priceless memories into the digital age by transferring video tapes, 8mm, and 16mm films to DVD. The team is also capable of a wide range of creative work, such as editing together a video of a student athlete’s greatest sport moments. In addition to preserving special images, they also create pieces of wall art by tiling dozens of personal images into a glossy 20” x 30” PhotoMozaix that can take the shape of an animal, family member, or landscape. Beyond their editing talents, the technicians also perform repair work on videotapes that have been dropped or used as door stoppers for too long.
