The team of trainers at UPEC Fitness includes a former USC defensive back, the daughter of a Mr. California titleholder, and a high school athletics coach whose students have earned scholarships to prestigious institutions such as UCLA. Armed with diverse backgrounds and knowledge, they lead their students through a broad spectrum of programs ranging from personal training and boot camps to Zumba, aerobics classes, and sport-specific training for football, golf, volleyball, basketball, martial arts, and more.
Upland Sports Arena's 70,000-square-foot indoor complex ensures games go on in any weather on the facility's four synthetic grass fields. Kids take to the turf in youth leagues and the Lil Kickers program, which teaches children as young as 18 months basic soccer skills like which feet to put cleats on. Adults also hit the fields for co-ed dodgeball and soccer leagues, frequenting the on-site sports bar to unwind and celebrate victories with a beer and a bite.
PickUp USA takes the infamous pitfalls of pickup basketball—uneven teams, sloppy play, and incessant arguing over fouls and whose mama gives the best hugs—and replaces them with officiated and organized game play without the restrictions of a league. Its members hit the courts in a pristine 17,000-square-foot space, which features a lounge, a stretching area, and courts built by the designers who create them for the NCAA and NBA.

A sprawling multisport facility, Next Level Sports Complex welcomes athletes from all walks to train, join youth and adult leagues, or enroll in athletic clinics and camps. The complex contains 11 basketball courts, 14 volleyball courts, and 4 turf fields for soccer and other sports. When they're not participating in open-gym and league games, athletes can take advantage of the weight-training facilities or various fitness courses.
