Mommy and Me classes teach very basic steps to little ones with a little maternal assistance; kids a little older can try pre-ballet classes, and older kids can branch out into many levels of jazz, hip-hop, ballet, and modern dance. And for kids who want a career in the arts, musical-theater classes instruct them on the basics of stealing scenes. Adults, too, can turn to TuTu Barre for fun dance classes such as the Latin-tinged Zumba, as well as fitness classes such as Pilates, power yoga, and barre fitness.
Underground Fitness’s team of personal trainers help trainees meet fitness goals with their own workout full-body regimen. Daily classes are designed to work specific muscle groups, with separate sessions dedicated to the upper or lower body, as well as core muscles.
