Sometimes it's all about the little things in life. What supplemental courtesies do you include with your main services to leave clients with a smile on their face?
I don't try to up-sell every service offered by my company. I also give examples of all the services offer. Then I complete the chosen tasks better than expected, often throwing something in on top.
How is your approach different than that of other professionals in your field?
I encourage positive and professional experiences with customers, which in turn generate lasting relationships.

I chose to serve my country overseas. Today, as a service-disabled veteran, I apply the same dedication when serving my customers.

Gary Morgan’s pest-control techniques have been refined through his encounters with insects in the most unexpected of places. Called in to help a business solve its carpenter-ant problem, Morgan checked all the usual spots but found nary a bug in the building’s wood or along the exterior. He then tracked the tiny creatures back to an unopened computer box.
