We are a medical spa that provides a variety of treatments from facials and chemical peels to Botox, Juvederm and many laser treatments. We also do massages, weight loss therapy, and have a luxurious boutique that sells a variety of skin care products and mineral makeup!
A cream shag rug, exposed steel beams, and zebra-print ottomans impart a funky feel to the interior of Co. Capelli Hair Salon, whose grand opening attracted the likes of Carson Kressley of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. An expert in hair extensions, owner Sam Parker handpicked a multitalented staff of stylists to enhance clients' locks with glue-free Klix extensions or trim and highlight existing hair. Med-spa treatments such as Botox, chemical peels, and laser treatments leave skin smooth and glowing, and massages help muscles to unwind.
Mother-daughter team Heather Hull and Julie Miller-Wilson stay in sync. They went to massage school together and graduated together. As a licensed massage therapist, Julie unfurls tension for her clients at Body Kneads, Etc. while Heather aids by providing various massage treatments. Operating on the same wavelength, they combine their skills in an extensive menu of services that includes 10 types of massages and facials for acne, wrinkles, and dryness.
Heather and Julie’s historic home practically forbids anxious vibes. A cozy fireplace warms hardwood floors and surrounding Victorian decor. In the treatment rooms, powder-blue walls and a soft, padded bed set the stage for massages and skin treatments, which ease clients into states of serenity known only to Julio Iglesias’s microphone. Outside of each mini-sanctuary, qualified professionals perform skin and nail services.
Anita Sullivan—the name behind Anita and Co.—offers head-to-toe services with her staff of professionals, including an aesthetician, nail technician, master hair designer, color specialist, and massage therapist. Men, women, and children sit for haircuts, updos, highlights, and hair extensions. Other pampering services include custom facials that work to clear acne and other pore blockages, including oil and leftover New Year’s confetti.
Inside this relaxing oasis, a team of beauty experts pampers clients from head to toe with invigorating treatments for the skin, body, and hair. Aestheticians tailor facials to counter skin-specific woes, keeping faces smooth with add-ons such as enzyme masks, glycolic peels, or waxing. During massage sessions, therapists soothe muscle aches with Swedish, sports, or four-handed massage therapy, which enlists the help of either two therapists or one well-trained dog. Split ends hit the floor in the salon, where talented stylists turn out freshly cut, colored, and styled coifs. Beyond these three pillars of beauty, Cottage Spa also tends to nails with a coat of vibrant polish or long-lasting gel.
