Using information gleaned from a thorough, one-hour, 40-question standardized assessment of a student's skill levels and subject-area strengths in reading, writing, or math, Tutoring Club tailors its semiprivate sessions (max of three students) to each student’s needs. Basking in the warm glow of a tutor's attention, small groups of learners practice math problems, sentence structure, and headstands that they didn't catch during the school day. Students typically come in for the initial skills assessment one day, and their tutoring session at a later date. Besides improving academic performance, Tutoring Club can help increase students' confidence and soothe anxiety, reducing the incidence of nightmares by 400%. Tutoring sessions may be based on the student's assessment or can be used for extra help with any school subject (not including foreign language), which could include prep for homework, a quiz, or a test in that subject.

Sessions launch into an exercise routine that combines aspects of yoga and tai chi to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. After the physical segment, workouts shift into a meditative portion that infuses cardiovascular systems with a stream of purifying oxygen through deep breathing.
