Wings Center caters to cartwheeling kids of all ages and experience levels, gracefully catapulting them through the air with team-building cheerleading classes or agility-cultivating gymnastics. Children bound through the nearly 10,000-square-foot facility with an array of gymnastics sessions, tailored to the budding somersaulter’s age and skill level. Newly walking toddlers are guided through Protons lessons by their parents who, taking cues from the instructors, teach them motor-development and spatial-awareness exercises. From ages 2–5, mini funambulists take age-specific classes during which they tumble on soft mats, leap through obstacle courses, bounce on trampolines, and challenge live kangaroos to games of hopscotch. Girls ages 5–18 foster their disparagement of gravity as they master the balance beams and uneven bars. Boys' Sic ‘n Twisted classes give pliable males ages 5–18 space to flip without worrying about getting footprints on the ceiling.

Owners James and Nancy Tighe, an award-winning gymnastics coach and a gymnastics choreographer, respectively, have been instilling a competitive spirit in gymnasts and cheerleaders since 1976. With their matching certifications from USA Gymnastics, they teach clients of all ages and abilities how to strike strengthening postures. They do this within an 18,000-square-foot gymnasium and dance studio, working alongside skilled instructors who host sport-centric events for the whole family. At birthday parties and homes-school sessions, chaperones oversee tykes who clamber over indoor rock climbs, foam pits, and inflatable castles. CPR-trained swim coaches also teach students to safely hit the waves or the waves of other relay teams during swimming lessons.
