FullForce Fitness bolsters bodily cores during its seven weekly sessions of TRX, a method of suspension training developed by U.S. Navy SEALS. During each 55-minute class, groups of up to 16 muscle muses maneuver a portable apparatus that builds power, strength, balance, and mobility, all without assuming an animal alter ego. Start with an Introduction to TRX class on Tuesdays to learn poses, foot and body positioning, and basic exercises to elevate fitness even higher above ground. Body-sculpt sessions engage muscles more actively than a biological pub quiz, and the cardio clocking of interval training properly burns the beers you would have drank anyway. TRX suspension training culminates with boot-camp circuit classes on Saturdays, an outdoor melee of tire flipping and sandbag dragging that can burn close to 1,000 calories per meet.
