Focused on the beers such as ales, porters, stouts, and IPAs, On The Tracks Brewery churns out handcrafted beers made in the Scottish and English style. Open weekdays at 4 p.m. and weekends at 1 p.m., the brewery opens its doors to the public, welcoming guests to try one of their house-brewed barley drinks at the tasting room. Try a flight of beer, sip samples, or bring along a pizza to enjoy with purchased pints.
Named in homage to Riverside, California's turn-of-the-century citrus packinghouses, this microbrewery handcrafts four year-round beers. The easy-drinking Bell Tower Blonde pairs perfectly with a summer day. The Heritage Pale Ale and the Riley's Red Ale round out the year-round offerings. Besides the core four, the brewery creates an ever-expanding series of IPAs, as well as several specialty and seasonal libations. Inside Packinghouse's tasting room, bartenders pour pints of each day's available brews, which are also available to take home by the bottle and growler.
Inland Empire Brewing Company formed in 2007 when three good friends?all home brewers at the time?happened upon a deal for used brewing equipment. Not willing to let the chance pass, they decided to seize the opportunity, and two years later, officially opened their doors for business. Today, the Inland Empire Brewing Company supplies suds at more than 40 locations. Its Victoria American strong ale?named after the avenue where its hand-zested oranges reside in Riverside?has garnered award-winning attention.
The combination of homemade thin-crust dough, house-made sauce, and eclectic ingredients helped net Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing Co. a gig as the official pizza for the Anaheim Ducks. At the chain's more than 15 locations, much more than pizza is served: the extensive menu brims with crisp salads, pastas, burgers, sandwiches, and wings. Additionally, Oggi’s brews its own beer, serving libations as fresh as laps from the vat and winning the title of Champion Small Brewing Company at the World Beer Cup in 2004. In between swigs of beer, patrons can catch sports games or competitive news broadcasts on one of the eatery's flat-screen TVs.
After an afternoon of flying, Ben Cook looked forward to meeting his fellow pilots in hangar 24 at the Redlands Municipal Airport and swapping stories, listening to music, and sharing a few bottles of his latest homebrewed beer. These afternoons served as the inspiration for Hangar 24 Craft Brewery, which Ben founded directly across from the airport as a place where friends could unwind and enjoy a few pints of locally inspired microbrews.

The Beer Selection
Hangar 24 Craft Brewery offers seven staples year-round?including the Orange Wheat and Double IPA?although it regularly updates its tap list as new brews become available. This list can feature seasonally inspired creations, selections from the Local Fields series of beers brewed with locally sourced ingredients, and limited-edition, barrel-aged releases. Not content to limit the focus of their selection, the brewers craft everything from German-style lagers and Belgian-style dubbels to family-friendly, non-alcoholic root beer and ginger beer.
Satisfying meals and handcrafted beer intersect with premium sports viewing at Lamppost Pizza and Backstreet Brewery, founded in 1976 by Angelo Barro and his sons, Dan and Tom. Today, the franchise welcomes patrons to 37 locations in three states, and the philosophy remains the same at all of them. Seven big-screen TVs broadcast football, basketball, and baseball games from around the leagues to entertain patrons sipping small-batch draft beers brewed onsite. Fans munch on traditional sports-viewing snacks, such as jalapeño poppers, potato skins, and buffalo wings. Chefs also prepare heartier entrees including garlic-chicken pasta, Pesto Supreme pizzas covered with artichoke hearts, and The Linebacker, a pizza loaded with pepperoni, salami, ground beef, sausage, and two types of bacon.
