We have a fun social environment. I like to do a lot of team and group exercises which helps everyone motivate each other. I try to bring a healthy snack with recipe to share with the group after class. They all love that.

What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student?
We do a warm up with a run or jump rope, then dive into functional training. We rotate between exercises. No two classes are the same, so you never get bored and you keep your muscles guessing. We will work your entire body with a focus on core and stability training.
