At Gonyon's Gymnastics, highly trained staff members craft a unique exercise regimen for each child, helping students foster confidence and grace as they master their desired gymnastic routine. Kids of all ages and levels first learn the fundamentals of bodily alignment while learning basic acrobatic skills. Over the weeks, students build balance, flexibility, and brawn through myriad gymnastic activities that include tumbling across floor mats, striding on balance beams, bouncing on trampolines, and feeding oats to pommel horses. The Muskegon Family YMCA serves its community with fitness facilities and classes open to youngsters and adults alike. Feng shui can cause a person to tweak the placement of a chair, rearrange a room, or banish everything with a clown nose on it. It was for this reason that the founder of Muskegon Yoga Center relocated the studio to a new building following a meeting with a feng shui consultant. He was serious about fostering a worthwhile yoga experience for students, and the consultation ultimately paid off.
