Today, Shane Butler and his wife Jamie—a fellow aficionado of figure competitions—oversee their own private studio, drawing from their lifetime of training and competition experience to guide clients towards their fitness goals.

Current spends the five-minute warm-ups and cooldowns that bookend each class sharing nutritional and stress-management advice, discussing topics such as portion control or why scheduling black-belt testing on your wedding day is a bad idea. A food-sampling day is also held once each month to complement to nutritional discussion.
