Connie's photographic artistry shines through her ability to capture candid moments with children, couples, and families. Each shutter session begins at the client's choice of location, be it a family home, an idyllic garden, or a postapocalyptic landscape ruled by sentient ATMs. After Connie thoroughly captures her subjects' two-dimensional essences, clients will receive fully edited, digital copies of all photographs unencumbered by the studio's logo or Photoshopped pirate costumes. Customers that choose the four-hour session will also receive one 11"x14" collage comprised of five photos of their choice, one 11"x14" print, one 8"x10" print, two 5"x7" prints, unlimited digital images, and a disc containing up to 100 photos set to their choice of music.

Since 1987 David Johnston has made his living capturing the complexity and emotion of everyday life, turning milestones—such as a new birth, a graduation, or a wedding—into a tangible touchstone that lasts forever. Though he first entertained his artistic passion by snapping photos of scenic landscapes, Johnston tired of the vistas devoid of living subjects, the panoramas free of warm smiles, and the meadows indifferent to the joy of high-school graduations and engagements. David’s photos—with subjects framed in a soft, almost dreamy level of contrast brought to life with tasteful splashes of color saturation—speak to his own appreciation for human connection and sense of community.

The craftsmen at both Image Gallery Frame Shops pour more than 20 years of experience into each piece as they crown artwork, family photos, and precious mementos with traditional and eco-friendly mouldings. They combine these frames—many of which are harvested from managed and sustainable forests—with acid-free archival mats and conservation-quality glass to ensure memories withstand the test of time. Upon request, they can also use nonreflective museum glass to keep portraits from being startled by their own reflections.

In addition to custom framing, artisans stretch canvases, display three-dimensional objects in shadow boxes, and repair broken frames. When they aren't working in the shop, framers travel to customers' homes to assist with design needs and custom mirrors. For those with bare walls, an online gallery provides access to more than 3,300 images, which can be printed on paper or canvas and shipped for free to either shop for framing.
