In addition to karate, instructors teach adults krav maga, the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces. MMAXOUT classes use MMA moves and strength and conditioning drills to help students stay in shape. In 1976, educator, musician, and kinesiologist Robin Wes opened The Little Gym based on his new take on physical education.
