My goal is to make fitness fun and part of your lifestyle. Get it in when you can but don't let it control you. Some weeks are better than others for getting workouts in. The most important thing is to find a balance and do the best you can.
What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
I've seen many transformations during my fitness career, but there is nothing more amazing than watching somebody become fit from the inside out. The exterior is not complete without the interior.
