As the director of Rivellino School of Art, Roshel Rivellino draws from a wealth of artistic experience. Armed with two masters degrees?one in fine art and one in teaching?she's explored topics ranging from painting and weaving to art history and conservation. She channels her talents in a cozy studio nestled on the second floor of an old red schoolhouse, minus any dunce caps. While she isn't the only instructor, she oversees and team-teaches every class scheduled, ensuring plenty of one-on-one attention for each student. Together, she and her team train adults and children as young as 4 in the basics of drawing, mosaic, sculpture, textiles, and other arts. In addition, the school holds a monthly international art workshop that explores the artistic tradition of an artist from outside the United States and features snacks and drinks representing his or her culture.
The gym owners at Snap Fitness understand that the motivation to train might strike at any time: early morning, late at night, or immediately after having just barely escaped a bear. That’s why they keep their gyms open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for a convenient and affordable experience close to home. These four Facilities outside of Chicago feature woodway treadmills, strength training equipment, ellipticals, stairmasters, free weights, and power racks. Certain gyms have individual showering rooms and rowing machines. No matter which gym clients choose, certified personal trainers will conduct a one-on-one fitness consultation to get clients familiar with the equipment and started on a workout plan.
In a spacious studio with hardwood floors, Sun and Moon Yoga?s certified yoga instructors foster fitter bodies and more relaxed minds by leading classes aimed at every level of practitioner. In beginner-level Vinyasa Flow classes, instructors school posing novices on how to achieve deep relaxation through slow poses and controlled breathing as paper sliding windows filter out all but the most introspective natural light. Heated yoga classes prepare patrons for deep stretching by heating muscles and sinews, while Blissful Backs classes aim to limber up stiff spines and build up core stabilizers.
The licensed educators at Kindermusik help enrich family relationships and bolster kiddies' mental development through interactive, music-focused play dates. Children from newborns to 7-year-olds can investigate the world of sound waves through age-specific sessions of sing-alongs, musical compositions, and sound barrier-breaking drum solos. ACE Music & Me sessions foster reading and language skills through dance and rhyme, and Village classes stimulate cognitive growth through musical activities. Guardians are encouraged to pick up a tambourine and belt out a note alongside their musical wards. After each pressure-free play date, Kindermusik instructors outfit each parent with a number of after-class activities suited to their child's developmental level and ability to impersonate Dick Clark.

After workouts, private showers or public water fountains sluice away sweat.
