Fifty five-minute SPX Pilates classes initiate novices into the intense practice, designed to keep on incinerating calories hours after the sessions end. Today, his CPR- and AED-certified trainers have picked up on his knack for bypassing perceived physical limitations. Students can also forgo power cycling altogether and engage in a pure form of TRX, Barre, or yoga. In addition to its group curriculum, the studio hosts private training sessions.
