Clare Gales has two loves—dance and fitness. The devoted dancer and expert trainer opened Studio 82 in 1986, where she combined her two passions by hosting both fitness and dance classes on the studio's expansive hardwood floors. To an extent. You should be working out at a level that is outside your comfort zone to see maximum results. However, we never want you to push so hard that you are in actual physical pain during or after exercise.
