Years of playing competitive basketball had left Alex Ein, president of Comfort Corner Corporation, with sore knees and bad ankles. The simple act of walking became so painful that he was forced to turn to physiotherapy, braces, and pain medication. He voiced his concerns to his uncle, Dr. Robert Ein, who, as a former hoopster with similar problems, began the extensive research that led to the development of Doc Walks. These insoles, which have been designed by orthopedic and ergonomic specialists and podiatry experts, help wearers overcome back, knee, and ankle pain by taking pressure off of sore spots and redistributing it over the insoles' soft and supportive structure. The relief allows wearers to return to the activities they once took for granted, whether it's walking, playing sports, or reclaiming their title at the hokey-pokey championship.
