Founded by Doctors Tahl N. Humes and W. Jason Martin, Vitahl Medical Aesthetics pairs safe and professional medical procedures with a tranquil, spa-like environment. Medical-grade lasers assist the doctors and their team of registered nurses, physicians' assistants, and laser specialists in sculpting the body, rejuvenating the skin, or lessening the appearance of scars, sun damage, and tattoos bearing the name of the wrong mother. The staffers also help to remove wrinkles with injectable solutions, create lusher lashes with doses of Latisse, and battle stubborn acne with medical peels.

With 13 years of experience as an aesthetician and laser technician, Lisa Cave helms The Spa at Evergreen, where she offers a variety of skin treatments. Her services include microdermabrasion treatments to exfoliate and improve texture, as well as chemical peels to improve acne or sun damage. She also offers various facial treatments—some designed for teenagers, some that offer deep cleansing, and some that use hot stones—as well as waxing and eyelash services.
Dr. Nick Slenkovich, chief practitioner at Colorado Plastic Surgery Center, helms a team of cosmetic medical professionals who serve patients with compassionate medical care and cutting-edge procedures. During each 60-minute, intense-pulsed-light photofacial, a skilled technician analyzes the patient's skin to diagnose problem areas and chart a treatment plan before harnessing the laser light to seek and destroy impurities under the skin’s surface. The laser treatments aim to break-up groups of pigment, assuaging the effects of sun damage, broken capillaries, acne, and facial break dancing. After each treatment, discarded skin cells continue to regenerate over the next 7 to 14 days, with residual rosiness fading after a few days. Two to four treatments are recommended for optimal results.
