Each class at StudioFit is unique because each of the certified instructors choreographs an exercise routine set to a custom mix of heart-pumping music and lights. They welcome students of all fitness levels for spinning, cardio-kickboxing, and Zumba classes held within a spacious mirrored studio. In spinning classes, exercisers straddle stationary bikes as they pedal along to different resistances. In kickboxing, they make their ways through boxing techniques that fuel cardio workouts. In Zumba classes, dancers move to Latin-based rhythms and music, shaking their hips and performing cardiovascular dance moves more fun than the power-walking man.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We are a private women's facility, and we offer both group fitness classes as well as one on one personal training. Our group fitness program offers classes ranging from pole fitness and burlesque chair workouts to yoga, step aerobics, and ballet. There is a little bit of everything to keep people interested.

We keep our class sizes small to ensure a welcoming, safe, and fun environment for women.

At CycleLab Fitness Studio, clients ride for miles and miles without ever stepping outside. The studio is outfitted with rows of Blade Ion bikes and a wall-to-wall photo mural of an road hedged by lush trees and mountains. Experienced spin instructors lead students through challenging sessions designed to improve physical fitness or focus on specific cycling goals. A high-tech system tracks each bike?s metrics and posts them on giant screens so students can see their rotations per minute and rank in the class. Daily classes are available morning, afternoon, and evening to accommodate all schedules.

The studio that bears his name upholds the philosophy that fitness should be fun. Its group fitness studio hosts equipment for TRX-suspension and trampoline-fitness classes, as well as dumbbells for boxing and boot camps. The Pilates room features Stott Pilates Reformers, and nearby, a couple dozen Spinner Blade Ion cycles sit waiting to hum under the command of certified Spinpower instructors. In addition to group classes, John's team of trainers conducts private training sessions in the personal-training room and provide teacher-training programs to initiate others into their elite group.

A sprawling multisport facility, Next Level Sports Complex welcomes athletes from all walks to train, join youth and adult leagues, or enroll in athletic clinics and camps. The complex contains 11 basketball courts, 14 volleyball courts, and 4 turf fields for soccer and other sports. When they're not participating in open-gym and league games, athletes can take advantage of the weight-training facilities or various fitness courses.
