The Magical Moon Foundation helps children with cancer find the warrior within by knighting them into the fellowship of Rainbow Warriors on a mission to change the world in honor of their disease. Magical Moon outfits the children in knight's garb, including a tunic and headpiece, dubs them with a knightly name, and equips them with a sword for the knighting ceremony. After, they can seek out and fulfill personal quests to help improve their communities and achieve personal goals. In the past, knights have raised funds to cure their diseases, designed an art-therapy room for other children with cancer, and studied pediatric oncology to help fight illness.

It only makes sense that the auto detailers at Car Care are as mobile as the vehicles that they work on. Stocked with cleaning gear, their service vans travel around the Boston area before stopping at offices and homes. There, the detailers wash car exteriors by hand and venture inside to sweep, scrub, and condition all surfaces, including leather seats and miniature dance floors. Alternatively, the team also works out of four service locations. At these brick-and-mortar spots, the team replaces windshields, removes scratches, and executes all manner of auto body repair.

Everyone knows that Swedes use a lot of oils in their famous massages, but did you know that Sweden is the world's second-largest consumer of lubricating oils? A 2006 study in The American Examiner of Suspicious Swedish Behavior reported that Swedes annually consume 1,460 gallons of lubricating oils per person. That comes out to exactly four gallons per person per day (leap year not factored in to avoid over-complication). And taking into account that children require less oil to become slick, it appears that adult Swedes may be lathering themselves with up to 12 gallons a day.

In addition to being a source of fresh produce for local families, the gardens provide a space for neighborhood cookouts, concerts, and other community activities. The organization's garden fences preserve consistency with the neighborhood's historic district standards while keeping the gardens aesthetically pleasing year-round. Because the organization is run completely by volunteers with no government support, SELROSLT relies on fundraising, grants, and private donations to install and maintain fencing, provide water systems, build gazebos, and otherwise maintain the community gardens.
