From the corporate store to each franchise location, the staff of Max Muscle Sports Nutrition goes beyond stocking and suggesting supplements to offer health help through a variety of channels. Sales associates in the stores help to discern the optimal body aid to achieve the personal fitness goals of athletes, bodybuilders, and everyday exercisers, be they weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, toxin-flushing, or intimidating a superhero into ripping a cumbersome collection of old phone books in half.
A certified sports-nutrition specialist can also sit down with clients to chart their age, gender, height, and basal metabolic rate to draft a comprehensive, custom nutrition plan. The written word further fortifies customers' soul cages in Max Sports and Fitness, a monthly magazine brimming with health-supplement advice and fitness tips.
For nearly a century, Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota has provided medical care for children along with clinical and surgical services. With 380 staffed beds at two campuses, the hospitals care for more than 125,700 kids each year. Their pediatric services subscribe to the most current research models and employ innovative practices to maximize the quality of care it provides.
Children’s cultivates a positive and welcoming environment for patients by providing kid-friendly diversions as well as resources for their families. Kids can take part in programming from Star Studio, the in-hospital TV channel, and parents can turn to interpreter services or parenting professionals for assistance.
Children’s will soon complete state-of-the-art renovations on both campuses, which will include private patient rooms, expanded surgery and triage centers, and an internal Ronald McDonald House. The additions will foster an open and airy atmosphere that provides comfort for patients, with designs that integrate science, art, and nature.
Run or Dye is making race running a little more colorful, one major city at a time. This 5K is divided up into four separate courses of varying lengths, each designated by a separate color??which also reflects the color of safe, eco-friendly powered dye the participants get splashed with. At the end of the race, they'll cross into the aptly-named Dye Zone?a polychromatic free-for-all, where fluorescent color is thrown freely from all sides, allowing runners to splash their fellow runners or get colorful revenge on their friends, family members, and any cranky art-history teachers that happen to be walking by.
Unlike some races that rank runners by time, Run or Dye only measures success in color and fun. While the safe-to-eat dyes should wash out of clothing, runners are encouraged to wear things they don't mind getting dirty, preferably in white, gray, or another neutral color to give the dyes maximum visibility.

Drs. Bradley Olson and Sarah Whittaker completely dedicate themselves to getting patients back on their feet. Though they do resort to surgery when necessary, the physicians prefer to utilize a number of noninvasive and minimally invasive procedures to protect visitors' health from toe to ankle. Especially when coupled with athletic activity, the everyday wear and tear that feet and ankles experience can contribute to a number of mobility-limiting conditions. Drs. Olson and Whittaker thoroughly examine each patient's condition before collaboratively designing an appropriate treatment regimen. Custom-designed orthotics help straighten out tilting gaits, MRIs and CT scans can reveal the causes of chronic pains throughout the feet, and cosmetic laser treatments can rid nails of unsightly fungal infections.
Owner Chris Richmond had one goal: simple holistic health care. That's why he engineered Awaken For Wellness to have a diversity of holistic health offerings under a single roof. In the comfort of a private room, clients can find relief from body tension with chiropractic treatments, massage, or retreat into a private infrared sauna to promote detoxification and blood flow. Awaken also offers nutrition counseling and wellness coaching to answer those difficult questions, such as "am I hungry" or "am I bored?" and "what if my moustache wants to train for a marathon?”
Awaken for Wellness also offers massage therapy services and sauna services. These other offerings and services are through independent businesses located inside Awaken for Wellness.
