Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
Yes and no: results come through challenging your body physically and mentally. Just as with any endeavor, you must get out of your comfort zone to see improvements and reach your goals. Injury is never a goal, but you must challenge yourself to be better each day—safely.

If you like to be part of a team, you want to be better than you are now, and are willing to work for it, CrossFit North Park is for you. It does not matter how fit you are or aren't right now.
