Stages Health and Fitness, LLC ('Stages') is the only wellness center in the Oklahoma City area to support a well rounded health program for women. We take a unique approach by allowing women of all stages in life to pick their own customized plan. We have three programs: Women's Be-Fit, Pregnancy, and Mommy and Me.
When most people hear the words "boot camp," they immediately think of the grueling pain and constant verbal abuse suffered during the summer camp where they were forced to make boots. Fitness boot camps are much more fun—and a great deal of the fun of Hi Def's boot camp is that it keeps the body guessing. Personal trainer Tommy Middleton might hold class indoors or among the Oklahoma's great outdoors, and will incorporate cardio drills, short-distance running, lunges, core exercises, jumping rope, obstacle courses, circuit training, yoga, and a few surprises. Make no mistake—it's hard work, but fellow classmates of every age and athletic level will keep you motivated with their upbeat attitudes and puppetry skills.
Fit Body Boot Camp's nationally certified personal trainers replace drill-sergeant screams with encouraging mantras in their one-hour indoor classes that welcome clients of all fitness levels. During sessions, trainers round out weightlifting sessions, resistance drills, and core workouts with cardio routines such as light running and obstacle courses. They switch up class routines regularly to ensure courses are never the same from day to day, leading wildcard days that incorporate hiking, crawling, and high-stakes Uno games played with 50-pound cards. In addition to bolstering workouts with nutrition guidance, trainers cultivate an atmosphere of positive camaraderie designed to push campers further toward their weight-loss goals.

Travelers touch down in spacious, two-bedroom accommodations, first sweeping across ceramic-tile floors in the living and dining rooms before making way to their beds’ cushy mattresses. Chad Hamilton has always been passionate about physical fitness. After playing basketball, football, and track in high school, he trained as a boxer, studied tae kwon do, and eventually went for certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Today, he leads group fitness classes that use undulation ropes, weights, and suspension trainers to build core strength and balance. Chad challenges campers of all levels with a steady progression of rigorous workouts for those looking to work up a sweat or show free weights who’s boss. Chad also offers private sessions for small groups or individuals.
Trainer and fitness guru Justin Bradshaw modeled Sgt. H2O's Aquatic Boot Camp after the rigorous training he received as an Army diver. Each aquatic session tests fitness practitioners of all ability levels with moves designed to maximize lung capacity, boost swimming speed, and tone the entire body. Water adds extra resistance that amplifies the effects of exercise, and the pool’s gentle gravity proves easy on the joints. Exercisers tackle tasks such as pool sprints, towel swims, treading water with weights, bending submarines over one’s knee, and group exercise drills, as well as aquatic conditioning kicks. In Dallas, Sgt. H2O's personal training programs entitle trainees to attend complimentary boot-camp classes if they complete three hours of personal training per week.
