This experience comes in handy in O-Lifting fitness classes, during which Martin sweats alongside students as she showcases a variety of Olympic-style exercise techniques. Strength and conditioning classes get participants in shape for a variety of sports, while Extreme Fit boot camp sessions combine cardio and weight-lifting exercises.
