Color Me Rad is back and better than ever with its 2015 tour, staging 5K races that transform runners into mobile rainbows by launching cheerful barrages of colored cornstarch and a whole new GEL color. Each color station along the racetrack flings a new pigment at passersby, who wear white shirts to enhance the chromatic onslaught's costuming effects. Brilliant neon-blue, green, purple, and yellow clouds dapple participants along the way, and the race concludes with a prismatic finish-line finale as sprinters chuck colors at each other in celebration. The race's noncompetitive credo shifts the emphasis from speed to silliness, and a portion of its proceeds go to local charities.
Upon registration, each runner collects a Color Me Rad T-shirt and a pair of RAD knee-high socks, sponsor gifts, and a race bib. Also, new for 2015, all runners will receive access to free professional digital photo downloads. Though they don't receive a gift packet, runners who are 7 years old and younger can run for free as long as they are either a Kings Island Season Passholder or have purchased entry to the park for the day of the event.

It might be a swing dance, a line dance, a hip-hop dance, or the secret steps of the Hokey Pokey. As they raise additional funds through their personal fundraising page, participants can unlock incentives at certain levels along the way.
This winter, the streets will fill with red, white, and beard. That's because Santa Hustle 5K makes its way to cities across the country, inviting runners and walkers alike to dress as Old St. Nick. Each participant receives a Santa hat, Santa beard, and Dri-FIT hoodie as they tread the pavement to raise money for a different charity in each city. Post-race, participants can kick-start their holiday cheer at an after-party filled with treats, music, and festive decorations.
