It's hard to say what the biggest draw is at this year's RP Funding Orlando Chili Cook-off. Of course, there's the chili itself; more than 80 booths will be serving up samples by chefs from around the country, and prizes will be awarded for the best-tasting batches. Then for sheer amazement, you have the World Chili Eating Challenge, in which the world's best eaters go jaw to jaw during a six-minute test of wills. (For perspective, Joey Chestnut set a new world record in the 2014 competition by eating 2.125 gallons of chili in six minutes.) And finally, there's the free Friday night concert, which kicks off the weekend's events with live music from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
The cook-off the next day will also feature live music all day, not to mention a large kids' zone, a raffle, and beer, wine, and cocktails available for purchase.
